This is a completely open and honest, only slightly filtered blog following my chronic stress relief journey. Through self care, going plastic free, the holidays, learning to exercise more, eating healthy and most important, finding and following my passions!
This blog opened in 2015 as a University project and I finally dusted off the shelves and started blogging regularly in the end of 2019. I hope to continue to post about my struggles, failures and successes in an attempt to help others realize they are not alone, that we all struggle, and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
